- Ensure all designs are “printer friendly”, in terms of number of colors, meeting layout/size specifications & will print well on our printers’ presses.

- Ensure packaging designs meet all FDA and/or USDA government regulations for frozen foods

- Review packaging designs with packers for any potential packing problems.

- Submit customer supplied final artwork files to our pre-press house for final pre-press work – film separations, lo & hi-resolution proofs for approval.

- Submit final pre-press proofs to customers & packers for final approvals.

- Ensure final printing materials are delivered to printers in time to meet our procurement groups time line for delivering packaging to packers.
